Setup Log Pro is a self-hosted Django app - SQLite database, no account, no subscription server holding your fills. You import your trades or type them in by hand, tag what actually happened, and the app does the arithmetic: win rate by setup, R-multiples, stop sizing, the hours of the day that are actually working for you - through a clean, intuitive interface you won't need a manual for.
Add a trade by hand in under a minute, or import your history in bulk - either way, it's in the log before you can talk yourself out of it.
Mark the setup, the mistake if there was one, the portfolio it belongs to. Every trade carries its own story, not just a P&L number.
